All orders ship the next business day except when interrupted by holidays and rare special events.
Exchanges only. To be eligible for a return: Please email email@example.com initiate a return within 5 days of receiving your package and please drop items back to the return address on package within 5 days after contact. Please do not mail back return items without contacting me. This is so important ladies, I need to know what is coming back. It helps me with reordering, and when customers are looking for items I know are coming back I can let them know. Returns will not be processed if an email is not sent before returning.
We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds back to the original method of payment.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags still attached and free of pet hair, deodorant, and perfumes. If an item is Ineligible for a Return (or past the return window) the item will be marked return to sender.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
The following categories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns: Accessories (jewelry, scarves, hats, etc), Self Care Items, Consumable Items (soap, tea, shower bombs, etc), and Intimates..
Any item that is below standard retail: sale items, discounted items, mystery box items, deal of the day, or other discounts are FINAL sale. There are no exceptions. Not sure about a sale item? Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notifying you of your return credit that can be applied to how it was originally purchased. (ie. if on Comment Sold the credit will be in Comment Sold, if purchased on the website it will be on the site. This can be transferred if you let us know you would like it to be.) ***we CANNOT hold your cart for you until your return gets here. Please do not claim items with the intent to pay with your return that has not arrived yet. It is your responsibility to apply the return credit at checkout, we cannot apply it for you.
Store Credit does not expire.
Customer is responsible for updating any changes to their address before placing an order. If an order is shipped or returned back to me, you will be charged for shipping to the correct address.
Pretty Comfy is not responsible for any damage done to packages when opening. PLEASE do not use sharp objects when opening!
If you choose local pickup/someone local picks up order for you. The return policy still stands. You have 5 days from time the order is placed to initiate a return by emailing email@example.com
